The Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation (COAST) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a fully integrated real time software solution for tracking the fleet and facility maintenance program of our organization. In response to our growing fleet and increased regulatory requirements we are looking for a system that will accommodate both our current needs and our anticipated growth.
