43Route 43 - Newington / Portsmouth
Starting Saturday, October 4, 2025 the last run of Route 43 will leave Hanover Station at 7:00pm and the last inbound from the Fox Run Mall will leave at 7:18pm.
Additionally, service to Shattuck Way., the Newington Town Hall, and Atlantic Heights via Kearsarge is being discontinued. The new schedule has every inbound run leaving the Fox Run Mall at 0:18 after the hour (with the exception of the first 6:45am inbound following the 43 Express from Dover).
Every hour the Route 43 vehicle will alternate between Route 43 and Route 44. It will run Route 43 from the top of each hour until returning to Hanover at 0:35 after each hour, then will run Route 44 from 0:36 after each hour until the top of each hour.

Schedule Notes:
- AM Express Run - departs southbound from the Dover Transportation Center in downtown Dover at 6:30am and arrives at the Fox Run Mall at 6:45am. It then runs a full Route 43 inbound run, arriving a few minutes after the hour to Hanover Station. Connections to other routes at Hanover Station at 7:00am are not possible.
- AM Express Run will service Shattuck Way upon request.
- On Call pickups must be requested by texting or calling our dispatcher at (603) 743-5777, Option 1.
