PUBLIC NOTICE: COAST DBE Goal for FFY2026-2028

The Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation (COAST) announces the proposed establishment of a 1.0% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) utilization goal on Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded projects for Federal Fiscal Years 2026-2028, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g).

The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public inspection for the next 30 days during the hours of 8:30-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at our Administrative Offices, 6 Sumner Drive, Dover, NH, and on our website at www.coastbus.org/opportunities/doing-business-with-coast/dbe-program.

Written comments will be accepted by COAST and FTA for 45 days following publication of this notice. COAST’s FFY 2026-2028 goal may be adjusted by any comments received.

Firms that are able to supply parts, supplies, or services are encouraged to apply for DBE certification by contacting the NHDOT DBE External EEO Coordinator.

Certified DBE firms are encouraged to submit a brochure, catalog and/or letter of interest stipulating qualifications and areas of interest.
