Dover, NH - Due to the Whittier Street Bridge closure starting on November 28, 2016, COAST will not be able to service the Dover Housing Authority or My Friend's Place stops on Route 1 (northbound or southbound). Stops will be added along Fourth Street near Washington Street and Grove Street. The new stop one Fourth Street is approximately half (1/2) a mile from the Housing Authority stops that will not be able to be serviced during the bridge closure. Passengers boarding at the Fourth St./Washington St. Stops will not be charged fare for the duration of the detour. The bridge is expected to be closed for a year.
