Schedule Notes:
- Routes 12, 13, and 14 are operated by the same bus. When 12N arrives at the Lilac Mall, it turns into 14S. When 14N arrives at the Lilac Mall, it turns into 12S. When 12S arrives at the Dover Transportation Center, it turns into 13S. And finally, when 13N arrives at the Dover Transportation Center, it turns into 12N. There is no additional fare to ride through on these routes.
